Brief description of the project

The project envisages the integration of specialized recruiting mechanisms, the main function of which is the training of job seekers and their subsequent employment in a sectoral context.

The training of job seekers in the field of winemaking and viticulture will be carried out in the following specialties, which are currently in most demand in the labor market:

Sales Manager / Telephone Operator / Sales Consultant / Merchandiser / Distributor

Candidates will be trained free of charge and through modern training programs.

The main source of income of the Recruiting Hub is the promotion of the employment of the staff trained by the Hub in companies, and the commission paid by the employer will be part of our remuneration.

a) - specialization of the recruiting hub in the direction of specific sectoral specialties and a different approach to the training and employment of candidates;

In the case of the implementation of this project, the "synergy effect" will be achieved, which consists in matching the qualification level achieved by the job seekers and the requirements of the employing companies in the viticulture and winemaking sector.

Along with this, a social effect will be achieved, against the background of unemployment in the country, by obtaining the specialties demanded by people and real employment.
