We represent "ZedasheWines" a Multi-Innovation Institute in the viticulture and winemaking sector. Our team is composed of qualified experts who produce research-intensive and technology-driven solutions within their respective competencies to support the industry by addressing and overcoming problems and challenges. This support enables winemakers and viticulturists to utilize exceptional storytelling techniques about their brand's history to promote their products and offer customers a detailed value proposition for which they are paying.

Our team actively collaborates with winemakers and viticulturists to significantly improve their conditions through our agri-oriented initiatives, business planning, engineering and technological solutions, and the development of new products and services in the field of research. This includes branding and interactions with international investors. We emphasize that acquiring competencies in organic wine production is crucial for farmers to solve industry-specific and regional challenges with the help of wine ambassadors. Our individual approach to each winemaker and viticulturist, addressing the challenges of their product's geographic origin, authenticity, microzone, and climate, ensures successful market realization of the wine, enhancing both its quality and the number of interested consumers.

We also plan to improve the methods of offering tasting services and raise tourists' awareness of the technologies and history of traditional local wine production. Collaborating with supportive/partner organizations, we work on systemic solutions that provide small and medium-sized winemakers and viticulturists with the opportunity to implement technologies that have never before been introduced to the Georgian market.
